Domestic Shipping (Slovakia)

For our valued customers within Slovakia, ManoPro offers reliable and swift shipping services. We partner with leading local couriers to ensure your supplements and skincare products arrive safely and promptly at your doorstep. We strive to process all domestic orders within 1-2 business days.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 2-4 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Available for urgent orders, usually 1-2 business days.
  • Free shipping for orders over €50.

International Shipping

ManoPro is proud to serve customers worldwide. We offer international shipping to a wide range of countries, bringing our premium health and beauty products to your global location. Please note that international shipping times and costs vary significantly based on destination and customs procedures.

  • European Union: Estimated 5-10 business days.
  • Rest of Europe: Estimated 7-14 business days.
  • North America: Estimated 10-20 business days.
  • Other International Destinations: Estimated 14-25 business days.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the chosen shipping method, and your delivery address. You will see the exact shipping charges before completing your purchase. We aim to keep our shipping rates competitive and transparent.

  • Domestic Standard Shipping: Starting from €3.50.
  • Domestic Express Shipping: Starting from €6.00.
  • International Shipping: Varies by destination, calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

The estimated delivery times provided are guidelines and not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs processing, or peak holiday seasons. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

  • All delivery times are in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid delays.

Order Processing

At ManoPro, we understand the importance of receiving your products quickly. Our dedicated team works diligently to process and dispatch orders as efficiently as possible.

  • Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 14:00 CET or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your ManoPro purchase. If you're not, we're here to help.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • All original tags, labels, and seals must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g., opened skincare items) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Clearly state your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Once your RMA is approved, securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, along with a copy of your proof of purchase and the provided RMA number.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Upon successful receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item received, damaged product).
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, size, or variant, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the quickest and most efficient way to get your preferred item.

  • New orders are subject to stock availability.
  • Standard shipping charges will apply to the new order, unless it qualifies for free shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected].
  • Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including original and return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
  • Do not discard the damaged items or packaging until instructed by our customer service team.
